SHIPPING PAN INDIA:
• Shipping pan India is free (above order value INR 999).
• Shipping Charges ( if any) are automatically calculated at the Checkout.
• No Extra Fee is applicable on COD orders.
• Usually, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time for pan India orders is 5-9 days. However, your order may arrive before a given tentative date, too.
DELIVERY SERVICES:
• We use leading couriers to ship the products, value our customers' time, and try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible.
• On average, it takes us about 24 to 48 hours to ship products. However, if there’s any delay in the same, we’ll inform you.
• Once an order is shipped, we will send a message with the courier's name and tracking details. The customer is then responsible for following up with the courier; we can only assist them with the current status of an order and its location.
• At the time of delivery, if no one is present at the given address to receive the order, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You may be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
• Pan India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp message with the details of the tracking ID and the courier company that is handling your order.
• You can check the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• We will get in touch with you if we are unable to fulfil the order within 15 days due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: Unexpected travel delays from courier partners and transporters owing to weather, public holidays or strikes, etc., are among the uncontrollable factors that may affect delivery time.No refund, return, replacement & exchange request will be entertained for this reason.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is unavailable at delivery.

What if my order dispatch is delayed?
