Return & Exchange Policy

At Lavantika, we constantly strive to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. Please go through the following terms & conditions before placing an order for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Placing an order indicates that you have understood, acknowledged, and agreed to adhere to the following terms & conditions.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order and get a full refund, or you can exchange the item for a new size. However, we only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website, lavantika.com, and not for products purchased from various ecom platforms and other online & offline platforms

• At Lavantika, we have a 7-day Return or Exchange policy. This policy allows you to return or exchange items purchased from lavantika.com for any reason within 7 days of the delivery date.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO INITIATE THE RETURN or EXCHANGE REQUEST:

Raise a return or exchange request by dropping us an email at care@lavantika.com mentioning the reason for the return or exchange, product name, order ID, and product SKU to avoid confusion. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Once the return or exchange request is sent kindly note the following points:

● Please ensure all product tags are intact and in their original packaging and must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
● You can keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us, depending on whether the pin code is serviceable.
● Please note that we offer a pick-up facility only for the same address used while placing the order and not any other address.
● Return and exchange can be done only once per order.
In case of return, once the request is placed, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep within 3 to 5 days. You will be notified through an SMS on the day of pick-up, and a refund will be issued once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the mandatory quality checks.
The refund amount may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your source account.
● For COD orders, a refund against the return will be given to you through bank transfers once you share your account details with us.
In case of an exchange, once the exchange request has been sent, first the previous product will be picked. Once the picked-up product passes the quality check, then the new product in the requested size will be delivered. The complete exchange process usually takes 6 to 8 business days.
● Exchange can be done for a size change request only.
● If you select an item with a higher value than the one you’re exchanging, you’ll be required to pay the price difference. Similarly, if the value is lower, we’ll refund the difference amount.

NOTE: On the website, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the products once they are sold under any special offer (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free & Stock Clearance Sale, etc.).

FAILURE OF RETURN ORDER PICK-UP:

Kindly note that we make three attempts to pick up the return order. If the item is not picked up by the third attempt due to the wrong address, contact details or unavailability, the pickup request will be marked as failed, and the return request will be cancelled.

NOTE:

• Kindly make sure to hand over the correct item, as we will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over by the customer to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
• In case of a non-serviceable pin code, the customer needs to self-ship the product, and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - up to INR 100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.

Please Note: For all claims of receiving a missing, wrong or damaged product, you are required to share the unboxing video for the same and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not entertain such claims without video proof of unboxing. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the shipment at our warehouse, and it passes the quality check.

• Returns are done free of cost if the wrong product, wrong size or damaged product is received by the customer. Once we receive the product back, it will go through a quality check. If it does not pass the quality check, the return claim may not be accepted, and we will ship it back to you.
• Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The refund will be initiated after deducting the logistic charges.

In case of self-ship Return/ Exchange:

• Please email us the courier details at care@lavantika.com or WhatsApp us at +918429577244.
• We will not consider any self-shipped return or exchange after 7 days of raising a return request. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

● If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at care@lavantika.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
(For prepaid orders the refund will be initiated after deducting the transaction charges if any.)
● Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel, however, you can place a return request for the same after receiving the product.
● Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
● We may require the images of the product in case of any complaint of any defects, wrong product or faded color etc.
